I pray you heal quickly! I can hardly move. Breathing,laughing, coughing,sneezing, and pretty much everything hurts!!

Tooo Sweeettttt!!! So sorry for the torn tendon, I have a torn tendon in my shoulder, left side, and it is so painful.
