This WEEK Menu Plan Posted Late (OOPS)

MENU PLAN: If the dinner plan contains gluten items, I usually make myself something different.

Saturday: Homemade pizza, cheese and pepperoni.

Sunday: baked chicken, rice and greens

Monday: chili beans, homemade sweet corn muffins and fruit

Tuesday: leftover chili, homemade vegetable and beef soup and corn muffins (Classical Conversations Day and Home basketball game night, we need super easy dinner!)

Wednesday: chicken nuggets, homemade mashed potatoes(8-year-old Samuel laughed at my notes in my planner for dinner of chic nugs and mashed pot) and green beans

Thursday: fried fish, french bread, corn and peas(game night again)

Friday: game night again something easy

I need to make this week: pumpkin chocolate chip muffins, homemade yogurt, and french bread I am using the crockpot method for making the yogurt.  I only make 1/2 gallon at a time since I have been on bedrest and I have weight lifting restrictions.
