MENU PLAN:

MENU PLAN: If the dinner plan contains gluten items, I usually make myself something different.

Saturday: Store bought pizza, cheese and pepperoni. I was gifted great coupons and we had a basketball scrimmage game that son1 played in.

Sunday: chicken nuggets, and baked sweet potatoes

Monday: spaghetti with beef sauce, and corn

Tuesday: Beef Hotdogs, Baked beans, slaw, chili

(Classical Conversations Day and Tournament basketball game early today, we need a super easy dinner!)

Wednesday: fish and chips, slaw, green beans

Thursday: vegetable soup and sweet cornbread muffins recipe from http://www.TheFrugalGirl.com

Friday: something easy

I need to make this week: peanut butter fudge, homemade yogurt and sweet cornbread muffins.

I am using the crockpot method for making the yogurt.  I only make 1/2 gallon at a time since I have been on bedrest and I have weight lifting restrictions.
